Call Outs for Repairs and Emergencies      For the Hire of Tools and plant, parts and materials at Trade + 25% NORMAL WORKING HOURS You may call us out to repair a plumbing, electrical, glazing or other job which should not take above two hours to complete. If we can't fix the problem there is no charge. When we have completed the work we make a charge of £35.00 for the first half hour and £15.00 for each additional half hour. For bigger jobs we will give you a written estimate or quotation as appropriate. OUT OF HOURS CALL-OUTS For an emergency repair call out after 18:00 Hrs and before 08:00 Hrs Monday to Friday or all day Saturday and Sunday we make a charge of £75.00 to deal with the immediate emergency; preventing any further consequential damage. Permanent repairs and renewals can be carried out later; during normal working hours and at normal hourly rates. We do not charge for a call out but we reserve the right to charge for any unnecessary visits.

Estimates We will produce an Estimate of the cost of carrying out work for which there is no drawing or schedule available. This will consist of a guess at the total time it will take to carry out the work and an indication of the parts and material costs. We will include the hourly rate and material price mark up in our written estimate. The final price will be the total hours expended on the work multiplied by the rates shown in the estimate plus the cost of plant hire and materials bought, including a resale mark up which was included in the written estimate. We will record hours spent and present time sheets daily and provide copies of invoices for the materials we purchased on your behalf. We are not currently registered for VAT so the material prices include VAT but there is no VAT added to our bill. -----------------------------
